On Roof Solar PV Systems

Depending on the type of pitched roof and the type of tile used, a number of options are available for the installation of Solar PV panels.

Initially a series of custom made roof brackets are fixed firmly to the roof structure. Once this is complete we ensure that the disturbed area is once again mended and made water tight to prevent any internal problems.

Using these brackets as a firm fix, a series of aluminium rails are installed either horizontally or vertically to the roof to enable the secure fixing of the Solar PV Panels.

This is a flexible and cost effective arrangement which allows most configurations and sizes of Solar PV panels to be attached to all roof types.

Before the Solar PV system can be installed a site survey is carried out to design a suitable system including the attachment and ensure that the roof structure is strong enough to take the weight of the system.
